Instructions

More TIPS about this paleo recipe in the post above!

  1. Preheat oven to 200°.
  2. Thinly slice the fruit or vegetable. A mandoline works best.
  3. Toss vegetables with a small amount of olive oil (optional) or simply place on baking sheet lined with parchment in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle with desired seasonings (optional).
  5. Bake 1-2 hours rotating occasionally and flipping once or twice to ensure even cooking. *SEE NOTE

Recipe Notes

How fast the chips become crispy will depend on how thick you cut them and what you’re using. For example, kale cooks a lot quicker than sweet potatoes. For things that have a lot of moisture like bananas you may need an extra hour or so. Just be sure to check on the chips every 30 minutes to gauge their state
Each seasoning mix will yield approximately 1/4 cup
