  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
US Customary - Metric
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with extra flax meal if desired.
