Caramel Apple Nachos

  • 5 apples
  • paleo salted caramel sauce

1 cup optional toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Crushed nuts I like pecans
  • Goji berries
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Chocolate sauce recipe below

Chocolate sauce

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Core and cut the apples in half lengthwise. Then cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with caramel, chocolate, and chosen toppings.
