No Sugar Added Homemade Fudgesicles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Full-fat coconut milk
  • 10 medium Deglet dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • 1 batch Paleo edible chocolate chip cookie dough
US Customary - Metric
  1. Blend all ingredients except cookie dough in a blender until smooth. Pour the first layer into the molds and freeze until solid about 1 hour.

  2. While the first layer is freezing make the cookie dough.

  3. Divide the cookie dough between the molds and press down with your fingers to pack it down. Top with the chocolate base and freeze until solid about 4 hours or overnight.
