This dish is bursting with lemon and the ghee and olive oil + herbs make it over the top perfect.
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (link to my favorite kind!).
In a small bowl mix together the ghee, garlic, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and almond meal. Sprinkle the cod with pepper and top with the ghee mixture. Arrange lemon slices around cod.
