How To Make Bang Bang Sauce

  • 7 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup Avocado mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp Sriracha
US Customary - Metric
  1. In a small pot over medium high heat whisk together the vinegar, water, garlic, ginger, honey, red pepper flakes, and cayenne.

  2. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then reduce to a simmer. Allow to cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  4. Mix with the mayo and sriracha.
