Raw Maca Avocado Cacao Truffles

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons date paste
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

Coating Options

  • Cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Form into balls and roll in your chosen coating. Store in the refrigerator where they will harden up in about an hour.
