  • 2 large Bananas (frozen)
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons Full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Pistachios (roasted and salted; crushed)
US Customary - Metric
  1. Add the banana, matcha powder, and coconut milk to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. If it's too thick add additional coconut milk.

  3. Top with pistachios before serving.
