Mexican Pomegranate Mimosa Recipe

  • 1 ounce Orange juice
  • 1 ounce Pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lime juice
  • 1.5 ounce 100% agave silver tequila (or more champagne instead)
  • 2 ounces Champagne
  • 1/2 teaspoon Agave nectar (optional)
  • Pomegranate arils (optional)
US Customary - Metric
  1. If using the agave, shake vigorously with the orange juice to combine. If using the arils, place 4-5 in the bottom of a standard 6-ounce champagne flute.

  2. Top with the pomegranate juice, lime juice, tequila, and champagne, in that order.
