Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe (Salmon Stir Fry)

  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 pound Salmon (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 8 ounces Fresh green beans
  • 1/2 Lemon (sliced)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

  1. In a large skillet melt the ghee over medium high heat.

  2. Place salmon in a single layer in skillet and cook 1 minute per side. Toss in the green beans and lemon slices. Toss to combine. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until the green beans are tender.

  3. Season with salt and pepper and more lemon juice if desired.

*This makes 2 generous, large servings. You can cut the serving size in half if you're serving it with something else, like a green salad.
