Garlic Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe

  • 4 cups Butternut squash (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 12 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss cubed butternut squash and whole peeled garlic cloves with olive oil. Season with cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast for 40-45 minutes or until squash is easily pierced with a fork.
